We’re a newly launched Facility Management business in Dubai focused on hard FM services (HVAC, electrical, MEP-related maintenance). We are looking for a high-performing Sales / Business Development professional who can open doors, build relationships, and bring in business using a strong UAE network.
What you will do- Generate new business through your existing network and active prospecting
- Meet decision-makers: property managers, building owners, FM heads, developers, consultants, and community managers
- Sell annual maintenance contracts (AMC), call-out services, and project-based work
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent monthly results
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Represent the brand professionally in the market
- Proven B2B sales experience in UAE (FM / MEP / HVAC / maintenance / real estate services preferred)
- Strong network in Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi (property management companies, developers, building owners, retail chains, warehouses, etc.)
- A true hunter mindset: proactive, disciplined, target-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- UAE driving license (preferred)
- Competitive salary + strong commission structure (high upside for performers)

- UAE B2B sales experience (FM/MEP/HVAC/maintenance preferred)
- Existing contacts with property managers / building owners / developers / FM decision-makers

- Confident communicator, negotiator, and self-starter
