Business Development Executive

RYNT is a technology-driven car rental marketplace that connects customers with trusted car rental agencies through a single digital platform. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our network of car rental partners.

This role focuses on acquiring, onboarding, and managing relationships with car rental agencies, helping them list and operate on the RYNT platform.

• Identify, approach, and onboard car rental agencies to join the RYNT platform
• Present RYNT’s value proposition and partnership model to rental agencies
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned car rental partners
• Support partners during onboarding and ensure successful platform activation
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with rental agencies
• Meet and exceed partnership acquisition targets
• Provide market feedback to the management team to support platform growth

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (B2B preferred)
• Experience in car rental, automotive, travel, or mobility sectors is a strong plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales
• Ability to explain digital platforms and business models clearly
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
