Sales Support Executive

This role is required to generate new business, manage client relationships, and provide reliable sales and support services.

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
• Schedule and attend meetings with clients to understand their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
