Sales Executive – FMCG - HORECA
Location: UAE
Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our HORECA Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling to hotels, either from a food or non-food background, and be capable of developing strong relationships within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow hotel accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Identify new hotel business opportunities and generate new leads
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & collection targets
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with hotel clients
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong customer engagement
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support
- Prior sales experience dealing with hotels (food or non-food background)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
