Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in the Oil & Gas sector, based out of Dubai. The selected candidate will manage client relationships, provide tailored technical solutions, and oversee sales processes from prospecting to closing deals. Responsibilities include offering technical support, understanding client requirements, and developing customized proposals. The role demands the ability to collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong customer service standards to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, particularly within the Oil & Gas industry with more than 5+ years in UAE.
- Need to have a strong customer base & network which can be assertive.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain strong client relationships
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Master’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of local market standards and industry-specific regulations is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
