Senior Sales Manager – UAE; PCR Tyres

We are seeking a e Senor Manager with proven experience in the UAE tyre market to lead and grow our tyre business across dealers, fleets, and retail partners.
This is a hands-on, senior commercial role, responsible for account development, pricing strategy, and credit management. The role requires deep knowledge of the UAE PCR market, established relationships, and the ability to operate independently while working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development (PCR Focus)- Drive sales growth of PCR tyres across dealers, fleets, and retail partners in the UAE
- Develop and manage key customer relationships, including strategic and high-volume PCR accounts
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities within the PCR segment
- Strengthen Matra
X’s positioning and visibility in the PCR market
- Define and manage PCR pricing structures, discount frameworks, and promotional offers
- Set and control credit limits and payment terms in coordination with management
- Monitor customer performance, payment behavior, and commercial risk exposure
- Support forecasting and volume planning based on PCR demand trends
- Maintain a strong understanding of the UAE PCR tyre market, competitors, and pricing dynamics
- Provide market feedback on PCR sizing mix, product performance, and positioning
- Support after-sales and technical matters in coordination with internal teams
- Work closely with the Managing Director on strategy, targets, and commercial priorities
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to support sales execution
- 7–10+ years’ experience in the tyre industry, with a strong focus on PCR tyres
- Proven experience in the UAE PCR tyre market
- Established relationships with PCR dealers, fleets, and retail customers
- Strong understanding of PCR pricing, margins, credit limits, and payment terms
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Independent, disciplined, and commercially minded
- Experience with premium or mid-premium PCR tyre brands
- Exposure to multi-brand or multi-channel PCR sales environments
