Our client is pioneering the "Physical AI" movement. We are seeking a visionary Head of Business Development to own our MENA expansion. You will be the face of the company in the Middle East, driving the adoption of world‑class AI Kiosks and Robotics solutions in the world’s most ambitious markets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic GTM: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the GCC, targeting high-growth sectors:
Hospitality, Smart Cities, Retail, Airports, and Government services. - High-Value Deal Origination: Secure Tier‑1 enterprise and government contracts through your existing network and strategic outreach.
- Partnership Architecture: Identify, vet, and manage the distributor ecosystem to scale our reach across the region.
- Account Leadership: Act as the primary stakeholder for large-scale accounts, ensuring flawless deployment and long-term retention.
- Lead Generation: You are backed by a Bangkok‑based SDR team with a proven track record of securing major brands in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
- Brand Authority: Work closely with a Dubai-based Marketing Manager focused on global events, regional branding, and digital presence.
- Experience: 8–12 years in high-level Business Development, with deep roots in the MENA region.
- Industry Edge: A track record in tech sales. Familiarity with physical hardware, kiosks, or the hospitality sector is a significant advantage.
- The "Independent" Factor: You are a self‑starter. You don't wait for leads; you build your own pipeline while optimizing the support from our SDRs.
- Cultural Fluency: Deep understanding of UAE and KSA business nuances. Professional English is required;
Arabic is a major plus. - Mobility: Readiness for frequent travel across the GCC.
- True Autonomy: The freedom to "own" the region and build the MENA business with a startup mindset.
