Roles & Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify new business
opportunities and increase sales revenue. - Identify, develop, and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities.
- Engage in face-to-face meetings with business prospects and clients.
- Interface with clients for major projects in GOVT, EDU, PVT sectors.
- Actively seek to increase the number and quality of contacts among customers and other influencers at a management level.
- Work collaboratively with internal team (Product, Sales, Marketing, Logistics) to meet and exceed customer expectation.
- Actively share market intelligence and sales opportunities with team members.
- Achieve the annual growth targets (revenue, profit, volume) as defined in the sales planner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and business owners through regular meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Understand and articulate the needs of clients to develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct research and analysis of the market to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that support business development efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
