Job SpecificationsWe are actively in search of a Business Development Manager specializing in Property Lettings. This position revolves around creating new business avenues through our database and leveraging referrals from the sales and lettings teams.

- Setting rental rates through local rate surveys, considering overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
- Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies, securing referrals from current tenants and the sales/letting teams, elucidating location and service advantages, and showcasing available units.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Property Lettings, the candidate is responsible for identifying business development opportunities and devising action plans to achieve established goals.
- Possessing an in-depth understanding of the property lettings market in the UAE, this individual actively pursues leads for short-term lettings business.
- Executing streamlined lead generation, presenting credentials, and conducting outreach through meetings, calls, and follow-ups to cultivate and expand an active pipeline.
- Developing and implementing a sales plan for external growth, involving targeted contacts with the appropriate divisions. Acting as the primary point of contact for investors, landlords/owners, and developers. Collaborating with internal colleagues to effectively present services to prospective clients.
- Clearly articulating the benefits of short-term lettings to clients, offering education on innovative ideas and perspectives. Compiling and presenting management proposals to third-party owners, engaging in negotiations for management contracts.
- Continuously updating job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and involvement in professional organizations. Achieving organizational goals by taking ownership of diverse requests and exploring opportunities to enhance job accomplishments.
