This is a unique chance to sell the future. As an Off-Plan Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, selling premium properties that exist on blueprints and in imaginations. You will guide investors and home buyers through the journey of purchasing a property before it's built, leveraging the advantages of early pricing, flexible payment plans, and high potential ROI.

Your success will be directly tied to your ability to build relationships, convey a vision, and close deals in a fast-paced, exciting market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively Prospecting, calling, qualifying leads and build a robust pipeline of potential buyers through networking, referrals, digital channels, and company-provided inquiries.
  • Conduct compelling and informative sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, effectively communicating the project's vision, specifications, unique selling points, and investment potential.
  • Guide clients through the entire off-plan sales process, from initial interest to reservation, contract signing, and handover coordination.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the local real estate market, competitor activity, and Developer project's master plans, unit types, and payment structures.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM systems to meticulously manage client interactions, follow‑ups, and sales progress.

    is a

    . Experienced real estate agents from secondary/resale markets with exceptional performance are also encouraged to apply.
  • A natural hunter and closer with outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to sell a concept and a future vision, not just a physical product.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in [e.g., English; additional languages like Arabic, Russian, Mandarin are a plus].
  • Self‑motivated, ambitious, and results‑driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Tech‑savvy, proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
  • Relevant real estate license/certification as required by the local market.
