Position: SALES EXECUTIVE MARITIME

Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for a Senior Sales Executive – Maritime (Maritime Sales Hunter & Closer) to drive new business growth across the MEA region
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure within the maritime sector

  • Hunt and develop new business with shipping lines, cruise lines, ports, terminal operators, and maritime tech partners

  • Build and manage a high-velocity pipeline with a strong focus on win rate and ACV growth

  • Close complex B2B deals and consistently deliver revenue targets

  • Apply Challenger/consultative selling to lead client conversations and create urgency

  • Sell Smart Sea solutions (biometrics, IT infrastructure, connectivity, cybersecurity, ITSM, value-added services) in collaboration with solution architects

  • Act as a trusted advisor, co-creating solutions aligned with client operational and transformation goals

Profile Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience closing complex B2B deals in maritime, shipping, cruise, ports, oil & gas, or maritime tech

  • Proven hunter and closer mindset with a strong revenue track record

  • Experience with Challenger or consultative sales methodologies

  • Strong understanding of MEA maritime markets and key stakeholders

  • Established network within port authorities, cruise lines, or maritime technology players

  • Based in Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, or the UAE

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • Highly driven, competitive, proactive, and results-oriented

  • 40% willingness to travel across maritime hubs and client sites
