Job SpecificationsThe Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in advancing the department’s growth. Their responsibilities include fostering relationships with both new and existing landlords, contributing to the promotion of the Luxury Estates Dubai brand, and ultimately facilitating future business expansion.

Your Position:
As a direct report to the Head of Property Management, your role involves identifying business development opportunities and devising action plans to achieve set objectives. A strong understanding of the property management market in the UAE is essential.
- Lead Generation: Follow up on leads for property management business with developers, banks, and investors in the UAE.
- Outreach and Pipeline Building: Conduct effective lead generation, pitch credentials, and outreach through meetings, calls, and communication to establish and expand an active pipeline.
- Sales Plan Implementation: Develop and execute a sales plan to drive external growth, targeting the right divisions and contacts.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for investors, landlords/owners, and developers.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to present services to prospective clients.
- Educational Advocacy: Articulate the benefits of property management to clients, providing education on innovative ideas and new perspectives.
- Proposal Presentation and Negotiation: Assemble and present management proposals to third-party owners, engaging in negotiations for management contracts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and engaging in professional organizations.
- Goal Achievement: Achieve organizational goals by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and exploring opportunities to enhance job accomplishments.
