We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Insurance with a strong background in the insurance Broker industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience in insurance sales. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across general insurance lines.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience in insurance sales. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across general insurance lines.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage existing networks to onboard clients with portfolios of $1 million or more.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients to expand the company’s insurance portfolio.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting general insurance products.
- Maximize revenue through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs. - Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute strategic business plans. - Coordination & Compliance:
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, policy issuance, and client servicing. Adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. - Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting revenue progress and related insights.
- Experience:
3–5 years in business development, sales, or account management within the insurance industry. - Portfolio Management:
Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios of at least $1 million. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred). - Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Attributes:
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
