Relationship Manager

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate developer in Dubai for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background working directly for a reputable UAE developer and a proven ability to build, manage, and convert client and broker relationships into successful sales.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on developments, pricing, and availability
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and management teams to drive revenue
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the developer professionally at exhibitions, launches, and networking events

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working for a reputable real estate developer in Dubai
• Proven track record of successful property sales within the UAE market
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and developer-led sales environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Basic Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (dependent on experience and profile)
• Commission and incentives (structure to be discussed at interview stage)
