Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate developer in Dubai for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background working directly for a reputable UAE developer and a proven ability to build, manage, and convert client and broker relationships into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on developments, pricing, and availability
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and management teams to drive revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the developer professionally at exhibitions, launches, and networking events
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working for a reputable real estate developer in Dubai
- Proven track record of successful property sales within the UAE market
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and developer-led sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Basic Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month (dependent on experience and profile)
- Commission and incentives (structure to be discussed at interview stage)
