As part of Al‑Futtaim Automotive, you will be at the forefront of this transformation in the UAE, inspiring customers and turning digital leads into loyal buyers. This role is about more than selling cars, it’s about building trust, delivering experiences, and representing a brand that is redefining mobility.
What You Will Do- Represent BYD as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from enquiry through test drive to handover.
- Manage leads with precision. Ensure every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and converted through effective sales system usage.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maximizing upselling opportunities.
- Deliver a premium customer experience, blending product expertise with genuine relationship-building.
- Work closely with marketing, aftersales, and finance teams to ensure seamless processes and satisfied customers.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the automotive industry; EV or luxury brand exposure are added value.
- Track record in lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer follow-up.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required (other languages an advantage).
- Tech‑savvy with sales systems and digital sales platforms.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
