What you will doThe Senior Sales Engineer – Security will report directly to the Sales Manager – Security Systems, UAE. As a key member of our expanding team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, focusing on our comprehensive Security Systems portfolio for the End User segment. Your core responsibilities will include driving sales of system upgrades, retrofits, service contracts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share by nurturing relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities within strategically targeted verticals. In this capacity, you also act as a Key Account Manager, ensuring long‑term client satisfaction and sustainable business growth. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will leverage your technical expertise and market knowledge to deliver technology‑driven solutions.
Your focus areas will include CCTV, Access Control Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, Command & Control Center Solutions, Video Analytics, and other ELV (Extra‑Low Voltage) solutions.
- Qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive value proposition, high quality proposals, taking part in tendering and bidding process which will be managed by pre‑sales team.
- Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding of our competitors’ strategies, products, solutions and services.
- Focus on seeking and developing long‑term customer relationships, and self‑motivated to drive your territory growth.
- Determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning and time‑management skills.
- Drive your business ensuring 360° stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant and End User levels that will result in higher winning rates and driving your plan.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Instrumentation or Bachelor’s in Business Management with background in Security System Sales.
- Minimum of 5‑6 years’ experience in Security Systems Sales in UAE market.
- Experience in designing technical solutions, selecting equipment and advising customers on solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Determined, results‑driven, strong sales drive.
- Deliver technical solution presentation.
- Organization skills and ability for multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Fluent language skills in English.
- UAE driving license is a must.
