We are seeking a proactive, confident and customer‑focused Guest Advisor to provide excellent customer service to hotel guests in addition to engaging and selling tours of UAE attractions. The role is focused on welcoming guests, assisting with hotel check‑in when required, answering guest queries, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to support the CIS Sales Team. The role focuses on providing administrative, sales, and operational support to enhance market performance, maintain client satisfaction, and ensure smooth internal coordination.

The ideal candidate for the Sales Coordinator role is an efficient multitasker with a good understanding of the tourism industry, particularly the Russian and CIS markets.

They are organised, collaborative, and enthusiastic about supporting sales activities and customer service excellence.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Support & Coordination
  • Assist the Associate Directors in managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with clients / partners
  • Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records on sales activities, bookings, and client interactions.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and documentation for tourism packages and services.
  • Organize site inspections in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and FAM trips.
Marketing Coordination
  • Work with the Marketing team to support campaign development and execution.
  • Coordinate the calendar for flash sales and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the contracting team on rate negotiations and follow‑up.
Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the CIS region.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales calls, new account developments, and forecasts.
  • Support Directors in compiling reports on market performance and client feedback.
Client Follow‑Up
  • Coordinate VIP and large group arrivals in collaboration with operations and customer service.
  • Assist in managing high‑profile guests and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support Associate Directors with large or complex booking files and client adjustments, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
General Administrative Support
  • Assist visitors to CIS department
  • Organise physical and electronic files, maintain databases, and prepare presentations.
  • Provide admin support including photocopying, filing, invoice processing, and financial data preparation.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Department Head.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing or Tourism or related field
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Industry Experience – Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar support role, preferably within a Destination Management Company (DMC) or the travel & hospitality industry.
  • Market knowledge – Understanding of the Russia and CIS tourism market is preferred.
  • Communication - good interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
  • Technical Acumen – proficiency in CRM systems and / or sales tools would be an advantage
