Position:
Sales Manager – Oil & Gas
Location:
Marina Plaza, Dubai
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in sales
Title:
Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Industry Focus:
Base Oil & Lubricant Additives
- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs
- Identify emerging markets and analyze market shifts, staying updated on new products and competitor activities
- Prepare sales, revenue, and expense reports with accurate forecasts for management
- Attend trade events, exhibitions, industry conferences, and promotional activities
- Follow up on product or service issues on behalf of clients
- Seek new business opportunities and potential clients
- Negotiate sales deals and close opportunities Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Extensive knowledge of Base Oil and Lubricant Additives (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
