About the RoleWe are looking for a high‑performing Channel Partner Manager to bridge our exclusive, multi‑billion SAR Saudi Arabian developments with the world‑class brokerage network in Dubai. Your mission is to identify, onboard, and manage top‑tier real estate agencies and independent brokers in Dubai, ensuring they are equipped and motivated to sell our exclusive KSA portfolio. You will be the face of our developer brand in the Dubai market, driving revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Agency Onboarding: Identify and partner with leading real estate brokerage firms in Dubai to expand our sales reach for KSA projects.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term, high‑trust relationships with Agency Owners and individual high‑performing brokers.
- Product Training: Conduct workshops and presentations to educate partners on our 10B SAR project portfolio, the KSA market landscape, and investment benefits.
- Sales Drive: Actively manage the partner sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Events & Networking: Organize and represent the developer at exclusive roadshows, networking events, and property launches in Dubai.
- Contract Management: Oversee the registration and commission agreements for all channel partners, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Developer Background: A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically working for a Real Estate Developer (Essential).
- Network: An existing, active database of brokerage companies and agents in Dubai.
- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and a solid grasp of the emerging opportunities within Saudi Arabia (Vision 2030).
- Communication: Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Self‑Starter: Proven ability to work independently and hit aggressive sales targets.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel between Dubai and KSA if required for project orientations.
- Exclusive Inventory: Access to a 10B+ SAR portfolio of unique, high‑demand projects in KSA.
