Job Purpose
  • To demonstrate the range of Audi cars to customers and carry out customer deliveries. To deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times, while meeting commercial requirements.
What You'll Do Customer Experience & BIG remit - Delivery Excellence
  • Demonstrate the full range of Audi vehicles to customers using a professional and engaging delivery approach.
  • Manage ntchito the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers receive a comprehensive explanation of vehicle features, controls, and technology.
  • Ensure every delivery meets Audi standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
  • Introduce customers to the After Sales team to familiarize them with service facilities, processes, and ongoing support.
Customer Experience & Delivery Excellence
  • Demonstrate the full range of Audi vehicles to customers using a professional and engaging delivery approach.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers receive a comprehensive explanation of vehicle features, controls, and technology.
  • Ensure every delivery meets Audi standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
  • Introduce customers to the After Sales team to familiarize them with service facilities, processes, and ongoing support.
Business Development & Brand Representation
  • Follow the Audi sales and delivery process precisely and consistently.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle displays in line with Audi brand standards, including brochures and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across Audi vehicles, accessories, pricing, and key competitor offerings.
  • Support sales effectiveness by contributing to a premium brand experience that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure all customer information, delivery documentation, and sales-related records are accurately maintained.
  • Action improvements identified through customer feedback and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
  • Ensure delivery plans are executed on time and in line with customer expectations.
Personal Development
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay up to date with new Audi product launches and features.
  • Participate in annual performance appraisals with your line manager.
  • Attend regular team meetings and actively contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.

What you will need
  • High school education (bachelor’s degree is desirable).
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within a premium or European automotive brand.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales or delivery-related targets.
