• 6+ months of retention experience in the Forex industry — a must
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Excellent communication and sales-driven negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and market dynamics
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English — additional languages is an advantage

• Manage a portfolio of active traders and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize trading volume
• Guide clients in navigating trading platforms and market updates
• Upsell company products and promotions to enhance trading activity
• Identify client needs and provide strategic retention solutions
• Resolve issues efficiently and maintain high service standards
• Achieve KPIs and revenue-driven performance targets
