Job Description
About the role :We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EPC Solar Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar EPC project sales, client relationship management, and business development within the UAE market.
Location - Dubai, UAE (We are accepting candidates who has UAE experience only)
Salary Range - AED
Key Responsibilities :- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for solar EPC projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Generate new leads and build strong client relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits, prepare technical proposals, and coordinate with the engineering team for system design and quotations.
- Present and negotiate project proposals with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and solar technology advancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven UAE experience in solar EPC sales.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, project lifecycle, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle client meetings confidently.
