Software Sales Consultant

Description

The Software Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in our enterprise sales team, focusing on promoting and selling our software solutions to new and existing clients in the UAE. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid background in IT and software sales. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying sales opportunities and will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

A valid UAE Driving License and a car are mandatory for this role, given the need to travel to client meetings across Dubai.

• Research and contact prospective clients, qualify leads, and arrange suitable appointments.
• Attend client meetings to determine technical and business requirements.
• Create and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide training and product support to channel partners and customers.
• Keep up with new product development and features.
• Devise sales and marketing strategies aimed at fulfilling targets.
• Advise customers on the proper use of products and address specific user issues.
• Assist customers during installations.
• Manage the entire sales process effectively.
• Achieve assigned business targets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and channels.
• Represent the company at events to generate contacts and leads.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
• Upsell and cross-sell new products to existing customers.
• Liaise with support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Work from a satellite office and adhere to timelines as directed.
• Contribute to team performance by sharing Best Practice Ideas.

• UAE location awareness.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in IT / software sales.
• IT background is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License and car required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Ability to deliver professional presentations.
• Work well as part of a sales team and independently.
