- Develop and implement an effective sales strategy and execution plan aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across multiple segments:

Real estate developers, hospitality, and corporate spaces. - B2C:
High-net-worth individuals and private clients.

- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with design offices, architectural studios, and key decision‑makers in the premium interiors market.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to delivery and after‑sales support.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure market needs are met with tailored solutions and compelling brand representation.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic feedback to guide management decisions and business planning.
- Establish clear sales milestones, KPIs, and performance reporting structures.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience within the luxury furniture, interiors, or fit‑out sectors in the UAE.
- Proven network of relationships with leading design and architectural firms.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Italian is advantageous.
