With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Junior Sales Supervisor to join our Sales team.
Job PurposeThe Junior Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales and distribution across the Convenience & Gas (C&G) channel, ensuring effective coverage of vending machines, and supporting the growth of QSR franchise accounts across the UAE. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, executing trade promotions, managing orders, and building strong relationships with channel partners to achieve assigned sales, volume, and distribution targets.
Accountabilities& Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and distribution across the Convenience & Gas (C&G) and vending channels.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to maximize revenue and range penetration.
- Monitor product performance and market execution, providing regular feedback and insights to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure proper shelf placement, visibility, cooler/chiller utilization, and strict adherence to agreed planograms across all outlets.
- Monitor vending machine stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Identify and report vending machine functionality issues to Operations and Technicians for prompt resolution.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns, launches, and seasonal changes within vending machines and C&G outlets.
- Collect, process, and submit customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure on-time and in-full delivery (OTIF).
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports covering sales performance, stock levels, route execution, and field insights.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, including products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations for channel and business development to the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with NFPC customers by delivering timely service, reliable supply, and effective product support.
- 3+ years of field sales experience, preferably within FMCG and the Convenience & Gas (C&G) channel.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
