**** About the Role
** Genesys is seeking an astute Senior Partner Account Manager to enhance our partner operations within the vibrant GCC & North Africa market (excluding Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria and Bahrain).As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will help expand our industry-leading partner ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on
** AI-driven customer experience (CX) innovation**. The Partner team is responsible for opening new routes to market by enabling partners to build, position, and sell customer experience offers that leverage AI at speed and scale, while also strengthening strategic partner relationships.
** Major Focus Areas**
* ** AI-Enabled Growth**:
Drive a business plan that accelerates partner-led sales of Genesys solutions, highlighting the transformative role of AI in customer engagement.
* Support the sales cycle through named partners and opportunities.
* Enable partners strategically by equipping them to attract, develop, and maintain customer relationships across the lifecycle.
* Build preference for Genesys AI-driven customer experience solutions and services within partners’ portfolios and sales teams.
* Collaborate with partners on pipeline development, to identify, qualify, and close customer opportunities.
* Strategically expand and recruit partners committed to AI innovation and market differentiation.
* Deliver and execute joint partner business and marketing plans that emphasize AI-led growth.
* Work closely with direct sales teams to provide partner visibility and highlight success stories internally and externally.
* Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that unlock incremental AI value and capabilities.
* Develop detailed operational and go-to-market strategies with partners, incorporating AI as a differentiator in their offerings.
* You will drive the business through accurate forecasting and strategic partner planning.
* You will create dynamic sales presentations with industry-leading experts, showcasing how AI transforms customer experience.
* You will gain unique insights into customer strategies and help them harness AI-powered solutions to deliver better business outcomes.
* You will own and grow your territory, collaborating with Genesys colleagues to amplify adoption and success.
* You will demonstrate proven abilities to build relationships with executives, stakeholders, and influencers who are shaping the AI-driven CX landscape.

* Qualifications:
*** Proven experience communicating, negotiating, and closing with executives and stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of customer and partner needs, with the ability to articulate the value of AI-driven CX solutions.
* Track record of growing pipeline within current and newly recruited partners.
* 7–10+ years of partner sales experience (Cloud or SaaS-based software sales preferred)
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
* Ability to travel up to 50%.
* Fluent English, Arabic and French as a strong plus.
