We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of ERP software solutions, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Software Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our software sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Sales

Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for ERP software solutions.
  • Identify potential clients, industries, and markets that align with the company's offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Execute a consultative sales approach, addressing client needs and recommending tailored ERP solutions.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and pain points to position ERP solutions effectively.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the benefits of ERP systems.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities, ensuring they align with the company's target market and solution capabilities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
Solution Customization
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and tailor ERP solutions to meet their needs.
  • Translate technical features into business value propositions to effectively communicate solution benefits.
Negotiation and Closing
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development in collaboration with sales management.
  • Overcome objections and barriers to close deals while maintaining a win-win approach.

  • Maintain post-sales relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in software sales, with a focus on ERP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP software solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
