We are hiring a Business Development Manager for one of our clients, a rapidly growing technology company operating in the fintech and digital payments space
.

The role focuses on expanding merchant partnerships and driving adoption of integrated POS, payment, and loyalty solutions across the F&B and retail sectors
. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships in a competitive, fast-moving market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new merchant partners, primarily within F&B and retail (offline merchants).

  • Drive adoption of integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty solutions
    .

  • Execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with payment and technology partners.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with merchants, payment providers, and strategic partners.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close long-term agreements (2–3 years).

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth targets.

  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and market insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay informed on trends in fintech, payments, loyalty, and merchant services to support business growth.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B and retail sectors (offline).

  • Experience in online or e-commerce businesses is an added advantage.

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
    , preferably within fintech, PSP, SaaS, or payments
    .

  • Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, digital payments, POS systems, and loyalty programs
    .

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • High ownership mindset with the stamina to perform in a highly competitive environment
    .

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams
    .

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    .
