Are you a results-driven Mechanical Engineer with experience in cutting tools? We're looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager to join our team and help drive technical solutions for our customers across the region.
As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy
- Provide technical support and application solutions to clients using cutting tools
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tooling products
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
- Support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving business targets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in cutting tools (technical/application/sales role)
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tool selection, and CNC operations
- Strong commercial and leadership skills
- Solid technical foundation in cutting tools
- Strategic thinking and planning
- People management and coaching ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
