Position: Sales Executive (FMCG Principal) - Consumer Goods

Sales Executive

We’re hiring a Sales Executive for a fast‑growing FMCG principal with a strong brand story and international footprint across the Middle East, Australia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. This is a hands‑on, commercial role for someone who enjoys building markets, opening doors, and growing distributor‑led business, not someone who needs a big corporate machine to perform.

Core Responsibilities

Account management & daily execution

  • Support the Sales Director with day‑to‑day commercial activity across existing clients and distributors
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and key customers to ensure continuity, growth, and clean execution
  • Track customer needs, resolve day‑to‑day issues fast, and keep momentum moving
  • Map potential customers
    , identify routes‑to‑market, and generate new leads across assigned territories
  • Open new opportunities with distributors, importers, key accounts, and strategic partners

Distributor & country growth (sell‑in + sell‑out)

  • Maintain and grow sales within existing countries of distribution alongside local partners
  • Support market visits and partner reviews to keep performance on track
  • Execute the strategic sales plan:
    annual forecast, monthly reviews, pipeline tracking
  • Support pricing strategy with the Sales Director (aligned with Management/CFO direction)
  • Build and maintain tools to ensure pricing consistency, margin control, and promo discipline
  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales process, reporting, and partner performance

Contracts, compliance & operational coordination

  • Support customers with commercial documentation:
    NDA, EDA, commission agreements
    , distributor agreements support
  • Support product registration processes and ongoing partner requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Admin, Supply Chain, Innovation, Marketing) to remove blockers and deliver reliably

Sales analytics & reporting

  • Develop and oversee simple, effective sales tools (trackers/dashboards) to monitor:
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Report sales activity and progress to the Sales Director and Management
  • Work with Trade Marketing to develop tools that drive execution in‑market:
  • Promotions / activations
  • POSM / visibility
  • Channel plans (Traditional Trade & Modern Trade)
What we’re looking for (must‑haves)
  • 3–4 years proven sales experience in FMCG (ideally food / consumer goods / beauty / home)
  • Fluent / Native English + Arabic (bonus)
  • Strong understanding of Traditional Trade & Modern Trade
  • Comfortable working in a lean environment with limited structure (you create structure)
  • Proven ability to develop new markets, distributors, and key accounts
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills (commercial confidence, not “order taking”)
  • Solid understanding of pricing, margins, promotions, and trade marketing
  • Analytical mindset: forecasting, tracking performance, spotting trends early
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / International Sales (or similar)
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories
  • Dubai‑based / able to work full‑time hybrid in Dubai
