Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the French couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste, On The List is Asia’s first members-only flash sales concept. On The List works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our On The List members.
Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, On The List has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We’ve since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai.
Sustainability is rooted in who we are and motivates us to continue our mission. To date, we have saved over 8.2 million items from ending up in landfills. Account Planning Manager
What we will trust you withThe Account Planning Manager will be the main point of contact for the brand partners, including top‑tier distributors, throughout their collaboration with On The List . The job scope is to maintain and develop the brand portfolio across various categories, and also to strategise and execute business development activities to onboard new brands or reactivate existing ones.
Project Management- Event planning for both channels, offline in our pop‑up area and online on our website.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event preparation and provide advice during the event to maximise sales and sell‑through.
- Oversee the logistics of pop‑up events, including vendor coordination, set‑up, and tear‑down.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products for events.
- Maintain and grow current business partnerships portfolio by fostering and building meaningful relationships with our brand partners’ teams.
- Provide insight & support to brand partners to grow the business together.
- Strategise and execute business development activities with the team to onboard and/or reactivate new exciting brands for our members.
- Participate in the overall Business Development Strategy for the UAE market by presenting quarterly reviews.
- Represent OTL corporate brand and mission which is to “Turn Inventory into Opportunity.”
- Expand OTL brand exposure and notoriety by building strong and long‑term relationships with brand partners. What it takes
- 8+ years of experience in account management / business development B2B is required.
- Knowledge of the Retail industry, ideally with retail network.
- Excellent negotiation skills and eager to deliver results.
- Target driven and figure‑oriented.
- Strategic thinking and enthusiastic problem solver, autonomous.
- Customer‑oriented with growth mindset, able to multi‑task.
- Must be a self‑starter, super‑organised, clear communication and good teamwork mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
