For this 6‑month internship, interns will be based in our Singapore office and assigned to the ASEAN Cloud Sales Center (CSC) function.
The CSC is the Inside Sales organization of AWS, focused on new customer acquisitions across ASEAN will work cross‑functionally and cross‑geographically, collaborating with sales, operations, partner, and marketing teams.
As a Demand Generation Rep intern, you will help promote the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology in this region. You will be the frontline for customers in the early stages of cloud adoption, connecting key stakeholders to AWS. You will actively identify and hunt key decision‑makers, leverage lead sources from AWS marketing, sales, and external databases, and help customers start their transformational journey.
You will profile, nurture, and qualify customer leads by understanding their business issues and proposing solutions with AWS services. You will also complete a sales‑related project benefiting customers and partners, gaining exposure to cloud services.

- Able to handle competing stakeholder requests
- Acquire new customer contacts, earn trust and engage with customers mainly through calls
- Qualify and create a sales funnel of opportunities and track them in CRM (Salesforce)
- Educate customers on AWS products/services & evangelize key wins
- Collaborate with Cloud Sales Representatives (CSR) and Solution Architects (SA)
- Collaborate with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Evangelize customer success stories
- Ability to profile customers from various internal/external sources to attain key business contacts
- Ability to listen to customers, understand needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions to qualify opportunities
- Ability to think logically and structure answers, and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Openness and ability to learn sales automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator) and processes
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to commit to a 6‑month full‑time internship from Jan – Jun 2026
- Expected graduation from Dec 2026 to Aug 2027
- Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred
