Emirati Graduate Programme Job Purpose Al Tayer Group’s Emirati Graduate Programme is an affirmation of our confidence in the potential of the Emirati youth of today. It is a tailor‑made programme that enables the young Emirati graduates to fast‑track their career growth within the organisation and develop their professional skills. The programme follows the learning philosophy of “Tell Me, Show Me, Let Me, Assess Me”.

The well‑structured one‑year programme will give young Emirati graduates an introduction to the world of professionalism and an opportunity to explore diverse industries such as Retail / Automotive / Travel / Real Estate. Candidates will get an insight into back office functions like Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Audit & Risk; identify their key strengths and aspirations to then fit in a role that they are truly passionate about.

We believe that the youth of today look for challenges and are strong achievers. Through Al Tayer Group’s Emirati Graduate Programme, you will find yourself stretched and challenged. You will be assigned to “live” projects and your contributions will be assessed and suitably incorporated giving you the confidence to take on a valuable role as you complete your year‑long Graduate Programme.

• Emirati Nationals Only
• Must have a valid UAE passport and family book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor Degree in any business specialization from an accredited College / University;
  Graduated within last 2 years
• Academic Performance GPA not less than 3.00 (proof of marks)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Reasonable presentation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Show and share your knowledge, skills and abilities to the best
• Have the willingness to work with multi‑cultural teams

• Complete all the phases of the Emirati Graduate Programme over a period of 1 year
• Adhere to the Al Tayer Group policies & procedures

• Follow the overall discipline of the Emirati Graduate Programme
• Deliver the assignments / projects assigned to you in a timely manner to the best of your ability
