Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a well-established Interior Fit‑Out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and securing interior fit‑out projects across commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fit‑out market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present company services
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Track market trends, competitors, and potential projects
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales role in the Interior Fit‑Out industry
- Strong understanding of UAE interior fit‑out market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Competitive salary package – 16,000 to 18,000
- Commission / performance‑based incentives
- Visa and other benefits as per UAE labour law
