UAE Head of Business Development / Sales, White-label Trading Platform / Fin Tech Solutions | BFSI

A results‑driven Head of Business Development / Sales is sought by the company, which specializes in providing an innovative whitelabel structured product trading platform designed for Multi‑Family Offices, External Asset Managers, Securities Houses and Private Banks financial institutions. This cutting‑edge infrastructure enables clients to seamlessly integrate and manage structured product under their own brand, enhancing their operational capabilities and client offerings.

In this role, the candidate will focus on selling the platform.

This is an UAE‑focused position. The support team is primarily based in Hong Kong, while you will have the opportunity to work from / base in Dubai
.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Development
    :
    Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the financial sector, specifically targeting Multi‑Family Offices, External Asset Managers, Securities Houses, and Private Banks.

Platform Promotion
:
Communicate the unique value proposition of the white‑label structured product trading platform, emphasizing its modular design and customizable features tailored to institutional needs.

Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with institutional clients to drive sales and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Strategic Collaboration
:
Collaborate with the tech team to ensure client requirements align with platform capabilities, facilitating seamless integration and optimal user experience.

Market Adaptation
:
Stay abreast of market trends and technology advancements in fintech, adapting sales strategies to meet the evolving demands of the digital asset landscape.

Client Acquisition
:
Acquire new clients interested in the products and services offered by the company, while managing and deepening existing client relationships to maximize retention and repurchase rates.

Business Innovation
:
Identify new business opportunities to address market/client demand based on the companys service offerings.

Client Support
:
Respond swiftly to client inquiries related to non‑securitized products and manage account opening, due diligence checks, and KYC procedures professionally.

Contract Management
:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating new business contracts with the support of management.

Operational Compliance
:
Adhere strictly to internal policy procedures and relevant regulations.

Entrepreneurial Contribution
:
Employ an entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the strategic vision of the sales team, exploring new business opportunities and driving growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8‑10 years of experience in sales or business development within the technology/financial services sector, with a strong preference for platform/SaaS solution selling experience.
  • Established network and understanding of Multi‑Family Offices, External Asset Managers, Securities Houses, and Private Banks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interest in outbound sales and business development within a start‑up environment.
  • Knowledge of structured products and client coverage in North Asia is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in Chinese is highly preferred, and additional Asian languages would be a bonus.
  • Flexibility in approach and strategy is encouraged, with a commitment to a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented culture.
