You will be part of our cutting-edge Pipe Support Systems division in Dubai, delivering world-class engineered support under the Diamond Walraven brand.

Hira Walraven is a joint venture between Hira Industries, a leading name in the construction materials sector across the GCC, and the Walraven Group from the Netherlands, a global pioneer in pipe support systems since 1942. Together, we have brought over 80 years of combined industry excellence, global expertise, and innovative engineering to the IMEA region.

Key

Job Responsibilities:
  • Visits to Building and Construction, Façade, Steel and Metal, Glass and Aluminum, Interior Finish Contractors and their project sites as part of the companies planned sales program. Primary goal is to promote specifications of Hira Walraven products with the key Customers.
  • Interactive discussions with customers related to Chemical and Mechanical Anchors.
  • Perform Pull out tests at site.
  • Arrange seminar with key customers.
  • Achieve Monthly and Annual Sales Targets.
  • Demonstrate and provide solutions by thorough understanding of all products, features, functions, and benefits to the Customer.
  • Maintain records of all contacts and potential business in the company CRM.
  • Assist Sales Manager within assigned market area in corporate account targets.
  • Make product recommendations and possesses technical abilities to present products and solutions to all levels of specification and engineering.
  • Stay current with competitive products and product positioning in the marketplace.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's in engineering, or Similar Degree
  • Proven experience in a Sales Engineering role within Anchors, or similar products (Technical Products)
  • Proven Sales experience within the region
  • Experience on the business Development cycle, ‘in the field Sales’.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and business initiates
  • Possess a local Driver's license
  • Customer Development & Management - Experience in building new client base and developing existing customers.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
