We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Relationship Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a developer in Dubai and a passion for building strong client relationships. • Assist clients throughout the property purchase process, from inquiry to closing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Present property options and guide clients based on their investment needs.
• Coordinate with developers, sales teams, and operations for smooth deal execution.
• Stay updated on project launches, market trends, and developer offerings.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads consistently.
• Support senior team members in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Minimum 1 year of experience working with a real estate developer in Dubai.

Proven ability to handle client interactions and meet sales objectives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales mindset with customer-focused approach.
• Good understanding of Dubais real estate market and property regulations.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Competitive commission structure: 0.5% 0.6% on closed deals.
