Job Description

To develop and maintain strategic relationships with key wholesale and retail clients, driving sales growth, maximizing revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Key Accounts Manager will act as a liaison between the company and its major clients, managing account operations, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions in the kitchen appliances industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Client Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale and retail clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and secure new business partnerships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize account profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Operational Management
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, inventory, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management.
  • Develop forecasts and manage account budgets effectively.
  • Market & Product Knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the kitchen appliances market.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer needs and market demands.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for key accounts when necessary.
