About the company:Our client is a leading company with over 15 years of excellence in the Events and Entertainment industry in Dubai, and seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Executive Sales and Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team. We specialize in delivering top-notch event solutions, entertainment services, and unparalleled experiences to our clients.

Position Overview:As an Executive Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales revenue. The ideal female candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the events and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's market presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the events and entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation:

  • AED 8000 basic salary plus commissions.
  • Additional performance-based incentives.
