Demand Generation Rep Intern - Vietnam Market

This 6‑month full‑time internship (January–June 2026) is based in AWS's Singapore office and focuses on the ASEAN Cloud Sales Center (CSC). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.

As an internship in Demand Generation, you will help promote AWS products to new and early‑stage customers across the ASEAN region. You will identify key decision‑makers, nurture and qualify leads, and collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption.

• Acquire new customer contacts, earn trust and engage with customers mainly through calls.
• Qualify and create a sales funnel of opportunities and track them in CRM (Salesforce).
• Educate customers on AWS products/services and evangelize key wins.
• Collaborate with Cloud Sales Representatives (CSR) and Solution Architects (SA).
• Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Evangelize customer success stories.
• Complete a sales‑related project that benefits customers and partners.

• Ability to profile customers from various internal and external sources to attain key business contacts.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs with clarifying or probing questions.
• Logical thinking and the ability to structure answers while dealing with ambiguity.
• Openness and willingness to learn sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator) and related processes.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Capable of committing to a 6‑month full‑time internship from Jan to Jun 2026.
• Expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Legally able to work in Singapore.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional fluency in Vietnamese.
• Effective writing and speaking skills to engage customers through emails, phone calls, etc.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use Excel to provide data, present recommendations, and insights.
