About the job Junior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads to convert them into clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, trends, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging in business development activities.
  • Event Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand its network.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 23 years of experience in business development, sales, or event management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

    Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
