About the job Junior Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads to convert them into clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets, trends, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Support: Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging in business development activities.
- Event Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand its network.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 23 years of experience in business development, sales, or event management.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

Strong foundation in sales and business development, with a customer-focused approach. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus.
