Job title: Sales Engineer (Security Solutions)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 12,000 per month with self benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in security solutions, including networking, hardware, software solutions, cybersecurity, cloud services and ELV solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, and SMEs.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
- Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations.
- Recommend IT solutions, including enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and managed services.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to offer the best solutions to customers.
- Analyze market demands and provide insights to improve service offerings.
- Prepare quotations, RFPs, and technical proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ensure timely order processing and follow‑up on payment collections.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security systems or low‑current/ELV solution.
- Mastery of product specs, applications, and competitive differentiators. Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Conduct product demos, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
