Key Account Manager

Overview

We are looking for Key Account Manager with wholesale experience
. The role is responsible for managing Food service customers, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for money collection, launching new products, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring adherence to company procedures. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and utilizing technical support to expand product listings at assigned accounts.

• Directly manage and service assigned Food service customers.
• Achieve the assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Ensure timely money collection from Food service customers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and monitor daily sales performance.
• Introduce and launch new products in the market.
• Identify and propose solutions for out-of-stock and short-expiry situations.
• Monitor and report competitor activities.
• Adhere to company procedures and guidelines.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with suggested actions.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
• Utilize company technical support to list additional products with key accounts.
• Accept payments from customers.
• Maintain a minimum level of contact with all customers.
• Follow assigned route plans and track achievement.
• Ensure price adherence by customers.
• Follow up on money collection and outstanding payments.
• Track and manage tenders, including dates, products, quantities, and prices.
• Monitor customer credit status and personal credits daily.
• Ensure on-time delivery without customer complaints.
• Identify potential new customers for business expansion.
• Recommend new potential products to the supervisor for distribution.
