The role is responsible for driving enterprise software revenue through strategic account management, new business development, and long term client engagement across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead sourcing, qualification, and inbound lead management.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and prospects, aligning solutions with evolving business and technology needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify, pursue, and close upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with pre sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for complex client environments.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, renewals, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee post sale engagement and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and long term adoption.
- Track, analyze, and report on account performance, sales metrics, and revenue trends.
- Drive post sales support initiatives to ensure successful deployments and ongoing client engagement.
- 10+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong experience in account management and enterprise sales within the Middle East, with direct exposure to Abu Dhabi markets.
- Understanding of API management, integration platforms, and IAM technologies is an advantage.
- Proven ability to build and manage complex sales pipelines and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C suite engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts while prioritizing high value opportunities.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and commercial decision making skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
