The role is responsible for driving enterprise software revenue through strategic account management, new business development, and long term client engagement across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead sourcing, qualification, and inbound lead management.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and prospects, aligning solutions with evolving business and technology needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and close upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with pre sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for complex client environments.
  • Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, renewals, and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee post sale engagement and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and long term adoption.
  • Track, analyze, and report on account performance, sales metrics, and revenue trends.
  • Drive post sales support initiatives to ensure successful deployments and ongoing client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 10+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong experience in account management and enterprise sales within the Middle East, with direct exposure to Abu Dhabi markets.
  • Understanding of API management, integration platforms, and IAM technologies is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to build and manage complex sales pipelines and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C suite engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts while prioritizing high value opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and commercial decision making skills.
  • Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
