Property Sales & Lettings Consultant; Administrative & Compliance Support Responsibilities

Property Sales & Lettings Consultant – Dubai (Commission Only)

We are looking for a motivated Property Sales & Lettings Consultant to join our Dubai team. This commission-only role involves managing residential property sales and leases from enquiry to completion, while supporting essential administrative, compliance, and CRM tasks.

• Market properties and coordinate marketing materials
• Conduct valuations and property viewings
• Negotiate with buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers
• Follow up with clients and maintain ongoing transactions
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company databases
• Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, and other agencies
• Prepare and manage contracts, tenancy agreements, and related documents
• Ensure compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department, and company standards

• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent English; additional languages a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, professional, and client-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• UAE/UK driving license and own vehicle preferred (company vehicle or hire car optional)

This is a commission-only position. Candidates must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
