Provide a “first touch” to prospects and own the responsibility of engaging and nurturing leads until they are qualified enough to pass to the Sales team.

• Build rapport with prospects and transition cold inquiries into warm responsive prospects.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities for Beyond Trust.
• Provide qualified leads to Sales Reps.
• Enter prospect information into Salesforce.
• Enhance product knowledge through regular training sessions.
• Attend field sales meetings as appropriate.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue.

• Business‑level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with sales teams.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Strong listening skills to understand prospect needs.
• Solid phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a professional environment.

• Knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management tool.
• Familiarity with Software/Cybersecurity.
• Experience with cold calling.

• Flexible with a positive attitude.

• Insatiable thirst for knowledge and growth.
