We are looking for a high-performing Field Sales Team Lead who will both lead a team of field executives and personally drive outbound sales, owning revenue, activation quality, and deep SME community engagement. This role is hands‑on: you sell, you coach, and you scale high‑quality merchant acquisition across key UAE clusters.
About the RoleAs the Field Sales Team Lead, you’ll build and run a high‑velocity outbound engine focused on acquiring and activating SMEs across key F&B, retail, and service corridors. You will be accountable for your own sales quota as well as your team’s performance — blending leadership, strategic execution, and on‑ground selling.
Core Responsibilities 1. Lead & Scale a High-Performing Field Sales Team- Recruit, coach, and manage Field Sales Executives across priority SME clusters.
- Run daily planning: territory mapping, routing, and on‑ground presence.
- Set weekly revenue‑driven KPIs and ensure consistent field execution.
- Carry an individual quota and close merchants directly through outbound and on‑ground activity.
- Drive team performance across acquisition, revenue per merchant, multi-device setups, and add‑on conversion.
- Build merchant referral loops and community‑led sales motions.
- Expand presence across key F&B clusters, retail corridors, local supplier networks, and niche SME communities.
- Execute and enforce a consultative sales process: needs assessment, in‑person demos, multi‑device positioning, and upselling loyalty/table pay.
- Ensure seamless handover to Customer Success & Onboarding.
- Maintain impeccable personal and team CRM hygiene: stages, activities, forecasting, conversion tracking.
- Use dashboards to coach performance and identify weekly improvement areas.
- Partner with Rev Ops to optimize workflows and reporting.
- Evaluate cluster‑level performance and redeploy resources based on foot traffic, seasonality, and conversion data.
- Track competitor activity and share insights with Product, Marketing, and Commercial leads.
- Coordinate with Marketing on local activations, referral campaigns, and community events.
- Support Partnerships on land‑and‑expand motions driven via partner channels.
- Align with Finance on revenue targets, incentives, and productivity metrics.

- 4–6+ years in field/outbound sales, SME acquisition, or commercial roles.
- 2+ years leading or supervising sales teams.
- Background in fintech, POS, SaaS, payments, or F&B/retail/services ecosystems is a plus.
- Demonstrated success growing quota‑carrying field teams and hitting consistent activation targets.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, and maintain high accountability.
- Deep understanding of UAE SME clusters and community‑driven sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Data‑driven, CRM‑fluent, and comfortable managing KPIs.
- Thrives in an energetic, street‑level commercial environment.
