To lead and grow the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés & Catering) business by driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and executing channel strategies in line with company objectives within the food and beverage industry.

Tactical
  • Develop and implement HORECA sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion potential within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering segments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support decision‑making. Work closely with the factory R&D team to support and align New Product Development (NPD) initiatives with market and customer requirements.
Operational (Core)
  • Manage and grow key HORECA accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and retention.
  • Execute sales plans, promotions, and pricing strategies as per company guidelines.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and ensure effective onboarding.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews by assessing sales targets versus actual orders, identifying gaps, and driving new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage to maximize market penetration and sales productivity.
Operational (General)
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure product availability and smooth order execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and timely collection of receivables.
Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in the Food & Beverage / HORECA sector
, with proven experience in managing key accounts and leading sales teams.
