Overviewof the Role
This position is situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and focuses on leading and developing a high‑performing sales team for BYD vehicles. The role goes beyond traditional car sales to build trust, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and represent a brand redefining mobility.
What You Will Do- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive lead‑management discipline, ensuring every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and converted.
- Monitor team CRM usage, pipeline quality, and conversion ratios.
- Develop and implement action plans to optimise showroom traffic and digital lead performance.
- Deliver training, coaching, and performance feedback to build sales capability.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Aftersales to execute campaigns and deliver seamless customer journeys.
- Ensure adherence to Al‑Futtaim policies, compliance, and operational standards.
- Provide regular sales reporting and market intelligence to leadership.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, coach, and develop sales teams.
- Track record of exceeding team sales targets and improving lead conversion rates.
- Strong understanding of sales systems, digital sales channels, and pipeline discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people‑management skills.
- Passion for sustainable mobility and innovation.
- Valid UAE driver’s licence.
