Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for smart home and ELV solutions in residential and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, and support in closing deals.
- Assist in developing and executing sales plans to meet assigned targets.
- Act as a key point of contact between the client and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage installation schedules, ensuring coordination between contractors and project deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to ensure readiness and alignment with proposed solutions.
- Support the resolution of technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Work with the technical team to design customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Provide clients with technical insights during the presales process to aid in decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposals, contracts, communications, and project documentation.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, sales pipeline, and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and project status.
- Stay updated on the latest smart home and ELV technologies and trends.
- Conduct competitor research to identify market opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Technically inclined and capable of understanding smart home systems and their applications.
- Customer‑oriented with a solution‑focused mindset.
4 years of experience in sales, project coordination, or technical support—preferably in smart home, ELV, or related fields.
Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics)
Professional CertificationsRelevant certifications will be considered a valuable asset and will significantly enhance the candidate's qualifications.
Skills & Abilities- Strong knowledge of smart home technologies and installation processes.
- Good command of CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to create accurate quotations and manage basic contracts.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (mandatory for client and site visits).
